I must&#8217;ve visited this place a handful of times already, but it never fails to take my breath away. In 2010, these historic homes opened up for civilian housing.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\n&#8220;The Navy formed a partnership with a private company, Forest City, to manage the property as naval families started moving to new housing complexes in the Everett area.
